An online workshop for those supporting someone through grief and loss
Grief is messy. We don't want to say the wrong thing, and we don't want to make things worse.
This workshop is for people who want to offer support but don't know where to begin.
About the workshop
Who is it for?
"My Condolences" is a 90 minute online, interactive workshop
designed for people supporting someone experiencing grief and loss.
It is made to help you feel more confident when you don't know what to say or what to do.
What will it cover?
In this workshop we'll talk about what the experience of grief can be like,
why it's different for everyone, and why it's so hard to know what to say. You'll learn what is actually helpful,
what to avoid, and how to offer support in practical ways, even when you feel unsure.
